Well Unfortunately right now everything has been put on hold because of the Pandemic. Unless something is a true emergency like a heart attack, stroke or car accidents. Every thing just has to wait,Yes it sucks but it is our reality right now.
I have not heard of a single person seeing there Pdoc or Therapists, Yes some providers are offering Telehealth or phones call appts.
So what coping skills are you using to help manage life right now?
