It has been a long time since I've been on any medication because of lifestyle changes. But i feel i need to go back on risperdal which I was on for many years which worked well for me but obviously my biggest complaint was how much it use to make me sleep. Well beyond 12 hours a day and when i did get up i was still very tired and sedated. I can't have that any more with the way i'm living and would like to know if there are methods not involving additional medications and dieting most of all that can minimize it. Thanks.
