Those seem like good coping skills. Are you open to a med adjustment if you need it? I remember you using prn Haldol in the past.

Coloring: I did something like that in middle school. We had a thick piece of paper that we soaked in water till it was saturated. Then we used thin/light blue paint to paint layer by layer with subsequent layers being darker than the one under it. I seem to remember that each layer had to completely dry before you could lay down another.
I don't know what I can adjust with my meds. I do have a little bit of extra Seroquel and I have like 5 extra bottles of Haldol laying around! As you can tell, I don't use it very often. I just use the little bit in my blister pack every night.
