I will get all the money back except 85 cents ,the bank doesnt allow fraud regunds less than a dollar , but i dont mind doing my share to ensire she cant do this to anyone else , the bank will get reimburrsed as the victim after trial , she will be charged with bank fraid ,wire fraud ,criminal use of a telecommunications device and no matter how much or how little time she does ,in this state anyway she will be on parole until she pays her cictims back in full , the way that works is after trial a special fund pays the victims in full ,so then the rembutsing bictims ,new victim is the state ,she can bot obviously work in healthcare again and will be denied a license of any kind be it drivers license or trade license or even cosmetology until the state is paid , I had no experience with this aspect of the law until a year ago this past October when some kid stole a package off my porch , he was 13 already has a 40 page rap sheet , there are cameras all over my neighborhood and one of them caught him , the police off course immediately reckognized him ,I was at his sentencing ,the huge has zero problem locking him up ,since he violated his probation when he stole my package and was in a youth facility thru his trial and sentencing , when the huge asked his attorney had his client shown any remorse or accomplished anything decent and socially redeeming while in custody ,his own lawyer said no , after the kid was led away the judge then explained the above to me about restitution , I got paid for the items stolen and the kid has to earn the money and pay the state back in full before he can be released or let off parole if he turns his life around ,die to the kids age he doesn't have a defined sentence he will be in a maximum security in it until 18 if he hasn't turned his life around he will be transferred to a state prison until he does , I was an orphan for awhile so I know what the kid will go through in "bots scgool" ,it was highly initial dot someone to ask ,but I did ,I keep in touch with the court and talk to the kid ,trying to mentor % guide him, so far no progress ,but I will die before I five up on the kid , all the adults around him are paid to do a hob ,not to care ,so despite being his victim I care and want the kid to live and do well .
