Here in ON, it's mostly people being asked to voluntarily self-iisolate, but all schools, theaters, restaurants/bars, gyms - really any place people can gather are closed. People are being urged to work from home as much as possible.
I'm only going out to the pharmacy to pick up meds. I have my groceries delivered, normally, so going out to shop is not a problem for me now, although I do wonder about my ability to get some items on-line now.
My psychiatrist and addictions Dr have both gone to phone appointments only.
The one big positive for me is that most of mental health and addiction support are on-line, so for me there's no disruption, while people in AA are having to deal with closed meetings.
My biggest problem right now is boredom, there's only so much knitting I can do during the day, and even TV watching gets old after a while.
I'm just glad that Can. put restrictions in place, before it got out of control, unlike some places in the US.
