The dream was extremely disturbing, that's for sure. In going over it in my mind, I think my mind was trying to make sense of my therapist having to do therapy by phone because of COVID. I'm struggling to be okay with the tele therapy, but unconsciously I'm angry and feel like the therapy won't be helpful.
I guess the dream is good information (and I will tell her about it), still...I wish I wouldn't have dreamt such a creepy thing.
