Yes, it's definitely important to get exercise

I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building so I'm somewhat limited in what I can do without disturbing downstairs but I have been doing crunches, squats, stretching, and a little yoga. Luckily, there's a nice fenced off area in my apartment complex that has a bunch of benches and some tables so if I want to get some sun/vitamin D, I can just go out there and sit for awhile, without coming into contact with people
