I emailed HR this weekend and disclosed that I have mental health issues and it’s affecting my ability to work. I requested to work remotely full time, allow me to have at least 24 hours notice for deadlines, and set me up with a mentor.
I’ve only been working there for a few months I went from animal welfare to the financial industry and the learning curve has been so difficult along with a huge lack of training. I’ve been struggling so bad.
I’m anxiously waiting response. Well HR did respond this morning that they would reach out before end of day today. Which is at 5-6pm. I hope they can accommodate my needs. 🤞🏼
