I dunno. Gonna take it easy today. We are on lockdown here now, anyway, so it's not like I can go anywhere. But if it does not go away or gets worse, I am unfortunately going to have to go to the ED, just to rule out a cardiac cause, which is going to suck greatly.

I am so sorry your dealing with this, Think back to your med school days.... Reflux can be a sign of a heart attack.. Is your heart rate stable , Blood pressure okay? Any jaw claudication? left arm pain?
How about calling your GP and see what they reccomend? Maybe you can pop in for a quick EKG, at least it would give you piece of mind. I would do that long before I think of going to an ER.
