Thank you for all of your replies. My OT is visiting tomorrow and is going to show me how to set up Zoom. I understand that younger generations dont have an issue with this. It is part of their normal world.

I do like the suggestion of putting something over my own face on the screen. I really dont want to be watching myself. I also like the sound of face time audio. I suppose that in the end I can still choose to keep it at phone call or maybe I just need a little bit of courage.
