I am home listening to one of my favorite CDs. Its not hot here, but this morning I woke up all sweaty. I used the same comforter I usually do. Everywhere was sweaty as if I'd gone on a long walk, except this time my palms were sweaty! Everywhere that can sweat was soaked. I'm guessing this is peri menopause? It went away after I changed clothes. I took my temperature and it was normal. I sure hope its not menopause! Happy birthday to me, right?
