Yes, let's be clear too. Quarantine, lock down, and shelter in place have different meanings. If you haven't tested positive and been ordered to quarantine then you arent on quarantine. Shelter in place isnt lockdown or martial law. Part of the spreading panic is caused by people misusing these terms and making people think they have to be like Anne Frank, shut in an attic and not allowed to leave. You're allowed to leave your home. You mostly just cant go to work, public places, or congregate. You can go outside. You can go to the grocery store, and you can go to KFC. Price gouging is illegal so if you see it then report it to authorities.
