I wear disposable contact lenses and I have a strong prescription. I have glasses but I hate wearing them, the lenses are thick so things look distorted, it's hard to drive. If I ran out of contacts right now I'd need a new prescription to get more. That would mean seeing the eye doc, and frankly I'd probably do so. It would be hard for me to function otherwise.
