They are only providing refills by email or phone messaging. We can't even talk to them in person. Take advantage of the appointments while you have them.

And yes, your T has seen the worst of the worst. Most psychiatrists start out training in a hospital setting and they have seen it ALL by the time they reach private practice. Don't be embarrassed.
