Honestly, the only thing that helps me is to not have anything that I can binge on in the house. My SO is a huge munchie fiend with an enviably high metabolism so this a pretty big problem for me.
This method, even when I am successful in keeping binge food out, isn't always reliable though because when I get bad I could just b/p a whole loaf of bread with butter ( It hurts. :') )
Otherwise, maybe just trying to stay busy? Keep your mind occupied. Ride out the "roller coaster" of the binge craving. (Brain over binge is a really good book if you can find it <3 )
Stay out of the kitchen! Or in my case, away from the binge stash.
