I am not sure yet! Maybe Zoom?

We did something similar for my sister's b-day the other day with my whole family. We used Zoom for free but it only lasted 40 mins - the free version. We were able to video and see each other and chat.

I'll have to see what they set up - it isn't set up yet with a link.
