I've been cooking things for lunch lately, too, because my husband is working from home (coronavirus lock down).
Lunch: 7/10 - Homemade stir fry of chicken, green beans, carrots, and scallions with soy sauce honey sesame sauce, plus rice.
Dinner: 8.5 /10 - Homemade chicken cordon bleu over small bed of arugula with a Dijon mustard Parmesan sauce; baguette; cucumber tomato salad; peas.
