With Regular T last session we did talk about COVID 19 some but mostly we are using it to curb/address my self destructive tendencies. Same with Pastor T. My internal struggles are still present through the pandemic, unfortunately. It would be nice if they would be put on hold. Both T's asked if I am following the crisis plan and stuff like that.
