Usually just with my right hand. Baby powder worked once or twice but the last time it burned really bad. One time I tried with a fan along with my hand but it didn’t really work.

It was about twice a week. Then I had my first internal exam in 2018 and I went from twice every 2 weeks to once every 2 months. Still no idea what went on there. Ever since I started my injections about 2 weeks ago it’s been almost every night or at least 5 times a week.
