Hi, the walls! I think this thread is a good idea. Having structure & a routine is good for me & a lot of people, & I think the brain & the body like that. Your list sounds healthy to me. My main problem right now is feeling too tired to do much, mostly from not getting good enough sleep. I wish I could get back to my routine, which was really healthy for me. I miss it.
