I work out 2 and a half hours Monday through Friday...take the week end off...tempted by the fricken aweful food....EAT........don't puke ..darn it...'cause I am trying not to purge.... then weigh myself today and blasted gained weight...so I worked out like I always do ...1 hour on the elyptical ...1/2 hour on the Bike....45 minutes of weights.... and I had this nagging gut feeling that THAT WASN'T ENOUGH!!!! What the F.....! Will it ever stop??????? Why me????? Why am I cursed???
