I'll add something else I've been doing, meditation. It's been extremely helpful in managing my stress, which is very high during this time of course, so I'm practicing that every day. And another thing is writing down what I'm grateful for each day in my journal. Doesn't have to be anything big/major, could be simple as, had a nice peaceful morning, had a good cup of coffee, talked to my sister over the phone, etc. anything to remind me that there are always still things I can be thankful for in my life.
