My sister used to experience these sorts of dreams, though she has never been raped. The nightmare would occur every month as she would wake up in cold sweats. She told me it stopped for years and she thinks it was related to being taken advantage of at work and her relationships. I dont know if that helps. Maybe you can do inner child work or see a hypnotherapist if you think this was the case. Good luck.
