I have been told people are scoring TTissue at Costco.com in the middle of the night. Like 2-3 am.

My local CVS usually does not have any.
CVS.com -- I have not had good luck there and their web site is very unstable and sends people all over the place and back on its own. Just worthless. I had spent over an hour getting an order together there and submitted the order. I then received a second email saying my order had been cancelled I called, waited 40 minutes to talk to customer service and.. she told me that, yes, it has been cancelled. I asked her if she knew why? No, If she knew who cancelled it? No.
It has been bust every time I try to use it. I had kept trying because I have benefits there... which I now suppose I will never be using.
