On a resilient day, I can accept these thoughts that I hate and can't deny as happening and just let them pass on through my mind. Other times, I hang on to hating and fighting them, and they last longer and I suffer more. I try to practice radical acceptance of what I don't like as happening and to take things one day at a time and if that seems too long, one breath at a time.
