Now, I agree, anyone currently suffering in the depths of their illness isn't going to have anything positive to say here, but I think this is a nice activity for those who are doing well. It's a way to cultivate a positive attitude about life.

Perhaps I misunderstood but I personally would never undermine the struggles of others just because they're not currently institutionalized.
