I'm sorry you're feeling so, needy? Is that sort of the correct feeling? Do you ever have moments when it is met or is it more about the "search," the feeling of need itself that is important. What if you were suddenly content/replete? What would you do? Where would you be and how would you continue on?

It's not so much about neediness as about a muted feeling when it comes to things that are not negative .Things on the non negative side
are ok/blah/dulled to some degree but the negative experiences arouse much greater emotions.
