I remember that she didn't look like what I had imagined her to be. I can't tell you what I thought she would look like, but I know that I had an idea, and it was all based on her voice which I had heard over the phone on a few occasions. She made me very comfortable and wasn't at all intimidating. And, right away, I liked her because she respected my wishes for privacy (I didn't want my mom in the room while I talked to her).
