I called up my mom and said that someone in my complex has a suspected case of coronavirus. (I didn't check my email up until recently, and it said that someone here might have it.) I said that I don't feel comfortable going out.

I don't think I'll catch coronavirus here (unless it comes through the vent), but I used that as an excuse. I said that it's about keeping them safe.
