And yeah, PC had an error earlier. The server was experiencing a large influx of users (I checked it and i think it was about 2000 people online at once when you include guests) and that overwhelmed the server. He would need to upgrade his servers' capacities to allow for more than 2000 people online at once to prevent this from happening again, but it doesn't seem like these server errors happen too often, so it might not be worth spending extra money for larger capacities.
