If you need to scan and do not know how to do it, google it.
You can put in the make and model of the copier and you will probably find a manufacturer's video or a youtube video (maybe both) which will show you exactly what to do.
It is how I learn to do things around here now that I have to do it all!
It can turn out to be MUCH easier than anticipated.
