Everyone on this thread has good ideas.
I also live in a tiny apartment and am used to being isolated. I have family, but they live in other cities and are on lock down, too.
Please know that you have every reason to feel frightened and painfully isolated...but you are not alone.
In these critical times I not only think that wearing gloves and a mask does not look foolish. What I think is foolish is for someone with your health issues going outside without a mask and gloves.
