Breakfast was almond butter and 5 Ritz crackers and later in the morning a peanut butter Kit Kat. I had a couple macaroons in the car. Lunch I had a chicken burrito and a small chips and Queso from Chipotles. That was around 1:30. I skipped dinner. I plan on doing on a lot of weight lifting and crunches on my ab worker tomorrow.
