Anyhoo, gonna go ahead and do my post anyways.

So, got some sleep last night, which is great. weirdo neighbors were quiet for once, even though they are apparently aliens who require no sleep ever, ever, ever. Still, woke up super tired and fried, Felt almost exactly like I used to after being up all night running the Trauma Service in Nashville. Just wasted. Guess I am still tired.

So far today, not really too symptomatic. Grateful for that. Ginger carrot soup (one of my favorites) for brekkie. Why not!! Sunny, so may be able to get out and exercise, which will probably help. Plan to finish first draft of the book, so that's good.

So far today, so good. Pdoc coming up in a few weeks and we have to make some decisions. Do I really want to keep going on this Atypical Antipsychotic carousel? There are still maybe two I haven't ever tried. Or should we just bite the bullet and do the Clozaril? I am inclined toward the latter. Dealing with this psychotic stuff is just wearing me out. It's exhausting, trying to keep up with it all. So, we will see.

Sending love and hugs to all!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi bpcyclist. I only see posts from innerzone and Nammu today, just before yours. Then as of this moment, I see bluebicycle's post after yours. Definitely fewer than usual. The ones before were late night yesterday and before.

Though I do love meat-based soups, I am crazy for vegetable soups. Your carrot ginger soup sounds wonderful! I'm sure I'd love it, though I have never eaten soup for breakfast.

I'm glad you got some sleep, but sorry you woke up tired. Do you think the manic swing is winding down? I hope you find the right medication mix to finally give you relief.
