Think I'm getting tardive dyskinesia (involuntary tongue movements) I have been on antipsychotics and antidepressants for 20 years, on and off at times.

My psychiatrist gave me a medication to help with tardive dyskinesia.

But I'm worried that if I don't stop or wean off my medications, it will get worse and be permanent

Also my body is moving slower than normal, is this part of tardive dyskinesia?
