Breakfast was a bowl of Spaghettios. Lunch is going to be 5 Ritz crackers and a package of almond butter. Dinner is going to be a can of chicken. I took a 22 minute walk this morning and I’ll take another one this afternoon. I did 50 weights, and 50 crunches on my ab cruncher.
