Our boy is getting pretty old. We think he may be as much as 15 or 16 years old. (We think he's part poodle & part miniature schnauzer.) He was diagnosed as having kidney disease over 3 years ago & was not expected to live much more than a year if that. But he's still getting along. How much longer he'll be able to keep going isn't possible to know. At this point, we think he will be our last dog. But I suppose you never know...
