I used to see my pdoc once/week. Now we speak on the phone instead. It's not too difficult, talking with her on the phone. It's pretty much a straight conversation because it's about meds.
I'm used to seeing my therapist twice per week. Now we're doing the phone sessions and I HATE it. Therapy is going no where...I feel like not seeing each other in her office is essentially ending my therapy with her. It's basically dwindled down to 2 friends chatting on the phone. I really don't know what to do at this point. If lock down continues through June I can't see continuing so-called "therapy."
