I'm at a 5 right now, which is down from about 8/10 yesterday. I saw my therapist online a couple of hours ago, and we went through some techniques I can use to look at this virus situation logically without allowing my mind to think only about the worst case scenarios. It helped. I think the best thing I can do for myself is stay off the news, which is hard because I compulsively check it dozens of times per day.
