It was an elementary school, during school hours, but they were on their lunch / recess break. The kid was close to the fence that runs along the road - for me to actually get in there I would have had to drive around to the front on the other side (or jump the fence...) I didn't see any adults within eyesight, but they probably were closer to the building. It's a fairly big soccer field / playground area.

I just hope that kid doesn't get beat up every day. Everyone else was playing, the kid was in plain sight, but nobody seemed to care. It's so sad.
