Deep Breathing/Diaphragmatic Breathing: I do not practice this regularly, but I know how to do it. If I am already somewhat relaxed, deep breathing can reinforce my short-term feeling of calm. If I am stressed beyond a certain point, deep breathing either just won't help or escapes my mind altogether.
Thinking about Relationships: What I want from established relationships almost never comes to mind.
