I had peanut butter and crackers at 6:00. A chocolate frosty cinno at 10:30. I’m going to have a can of corn around noon or 1. Dinner is going to 3oz of London broil. That leaves me with 230 calories. I wish I had some fruits or other vegetables but my groceries aren’t being delivered until Friday. I’m going to take at least one walk today.
