This request was just made and it will take time to be clear on what is being requested, how many members want whatever is ultimately proposed. And then we are required to get the approval/permission of Admin.

You've done absolutely nothing wrong. Members have been posting on this topic and understandably so. It is a huge part of everyone's reality.
