I think you just need to try and find some structure and for you a bedtime is important , waking is going to be hard.. just try your best to get up and Make the bed and do something.. Make a cup of coffee... Go sit outside get some fresh air, take your allergy meds. I can blow up your phone in the Am if you want , just let me know
