I still feel sick. I finally figured out once and for all that I forgot my evening medications last night. That's why I go next to no sleep and feel sick. I must have taken Saturday's pills on Sunday and Sunday's on Monday and then thought I took Monday's when I didn't.

I had my therapy a bit ago. She's always nice, but I had a hard time getting through it.
