Billybob59 If she has a therapist that may be a better person to evaluate her mental health. You may want to contact the police if you think she or you are unsafe and ask them if they have a mental health officer that could interview her on the phone or in person. In the state I live in, the criteria to hold someone involuntarily in patient is they are a threat to someone else or a threat to themselves.
