Nammu, thanks for sharing about your mom's clinic visit. I'm glad she got to go. I've been wondering how some doctors offices are handling things during the pandemic.

My husband wants to delay his next eye appointment in Philly. He feels a bit wary about going, since he usually needs an injection in his eye. That place is usually a mad house with crowded waiting rooms. They sent him an email saying patients would check in and be asked to wait in their cars in the parking garage/lot. I have zero clue how they make that work! Since it's in downtown Philly, many patients likely go there by train/bus or taxi. Where do they wait? Many are elderly. The whole ordeal usually takes 2 hours as it is. Who knows, but I am sure many are delaying appointments. His eye specialist had a heart transplant. If I were that doctor, I really would avoid seeing patients.
