Ironically I stumbled across an article yesterday about stretches you can do to help with stiffness caused by sitting at your desk. I'm going to start doing them. I walked to my mailbox yesterday (1/4 mile from the house). Got to multitask doing it - mailed letters to clients, got some exercise and am trying to teach the dog some manners walking on a leash.
Hadn't thought of setting an alarm to tell myself to get up and move around. Good idea. I have been getting up doing things. I need to start doing it more often.
Christina, you hit on an important point. We are all under a ton of stress right now. That makes fibro worse.
With the man in the White House pushing the use of chloroquine, are any of you having trouble getting yours?
