Hi Worm,

Good job getting away from the antisocial behavior, that's a really tough one to break since engaging after the antisocial behavior brings about normal feelings too, at least that's what I find and some normal feelings could even be anxiety.

I have horrible breath and most the time Im afraid to get near anyone with the fact they will smell my breath and be completely disgusted by me. The repetition engaging in talking or social behavior helps, then all of sudden I think of my breath.

I took to chatrooms, one in particular was Chattusa.com, here you can click a person and message them its all private messaging it really helps keep a healthy social behavior when I find someone I have things in common with. Just be extremely careful as you don't know these people and their motives so don't get carried away I guess.

Maybe that could help you continue to move forward. Good luck and job well done.
