So, had this giant bike ride yesterday and didn't really eat enough afterward. So, had dreams all night about croissants from a place called Ken's Artisan Bakery, recently voted 2nd best in town. I do agree with that, as the bakery nuvrei's croissants are just slightly better.

Anyhoo, now, I really want a croissant. Possibly, actually, in truth, maybe more than one croissant. I have always wanted to try to make them. I know that is very difficult and I am not a very talented baker. But I do have a lot of free time right now and it would be a fun project to try. So, I just might do it. Need to find a good recipe I think I can manage...
